Trail mixes are a great and filling snack, packed with protein from the nuts and antioxidants from the dried fruit. The only thing is pre-packaged mixes can be full of unnecessary chemicals and calories which is why it’s always a good idea to make your own mix. 1 T raisins
2 t Incan berries
10 raw almonds
3 raw walnuts
2 t dark chocolate chips
1 t white chocolate chips
