Pumpkin Pie Breakfast

Who doesn’t love pie for breakfast? Pumpkin pie is actually one of the lowest calorie pies out there and it’s packed with nutrients such as beta-carotene, zinc, potassium, and fiber from the pumpkin.
Pumpkin Pie Bowl
– 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
– 1 c Fiber One bran cereal
– 1/2 c pumpkin puree
– 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix together in a bowl and enjoy! I added 1/2 c of blueberries to mine after I took the picture.
