Nevertheless, I’m alive!!!
The only way I can think to catch up is through pictures. They might not all make sense but we’ll go with it anyways. Before I get to that though, here’s how I worked up a sweat last week:
Week in Fitness
MÂ – CrossFit
TÂ – 90 minute vinyasa yoga
W – Jillian Michael’s 20 minute circuit DVD
ThÂ – 6.5 mile run (it was one of those amazing runs that make you feel like you could run forever)
F – off
SuÂ – off
I ate my OIAJ while walking to class Tuesday morning so whoever saw me probably thought I was eating straight up PB for breakfast. Trust me. I would if I could.
That dinner was sooooooo good! Parmesan + roasted veggies + balsamic reduction = made for each other.
