Having Confidence in My Abilities

How has your Monday been? Mine is wrapping up quite well with an episode of The Biggest Loser, hot tea, and my mom’s company.

Oh, and this precious fur child.

She’s just so darn cute.

After my long day yesterday, I was flat out exhausted so I got a solid nine hours of sleep last night. I swear that race made me feel hungover! Luckily, when I woke up I was craving a nutritious breakfast instead of an Advil.

Greek yogurt + museli + Love Grown granola + banana slices + blueberries + chia seeds + splash unsweetened almond milk all packed in a leftover PB jar 

This breakfast is back yet again. Don’t be surprised if it makes a few more appearances throughout the week.

Since the parents are in town for a few days we ate out for lunch. No pictures but we went to Depalma’s Italian Cafe downtown — home of some of my favorite salads.

After lunch I did some reading for my classes before heading to the box.

CrossFit has been such a refreshing boost of confidence. Not only am I proving that I can do things I didn’t believe possible; I’m not half bad at them, either!

With that being said…

This rings true for so so many aspects in my life. Hopefully this quote with give you motivation to be confident in your abilities, also.
